EVENT FORMAT/SCHEDULE: 

10:00am – 10:45am: Vendors will begin setting up their resource tables. 

11:00am: Official commencement of the event. Vendors will have the opportunity to interact with incoming Veterans. 

12:00-12:15: VACCC Superintendent will make a short opening remark and introduce the artists to say a few words about their work. 

12:15-12:45: Remarks will be shared in the following order:

Cook County Commissioner Frank Aguilar 

Senator Mike Porfirio 

Chicago Mayor's Office Veterans Affairs Director Kevin Barszcz

1:00-2:00: Light refreshments will be served to the vendors and invited guests in the VACCC's private conference room. 

2:00-3:00: Vendors will continue to engage with the attending Veterans and visitors until breakdown.
