We celebrate Veterans Day to honor and thank all those who have served in the United States Armed Forces, both living and deceased. The holiday originated as Armistice Day on November 11, 1919, to commemorate the end of World War I, which ceased hostilities at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918. In 1954, the name was changed to Veterans Day to include all veterans from all American wars.
Our Ceremony is held on November 11 at 11 AM every year.
